We have been running a Family Counselling Centre at Ramachandrapuram of Medak District with the help of the Central Social Welfare Board. It is being manned by two qualified and experienced counselors. Many families facing problems due to issues like harassment for additional dowry, extramarital relations, drunkenness, suspicion between couples etc. approach our centre for help in the form of advice, intervention and solution. Most of the problems are solved by the counsellors themselves. The problems and solutions are reviewed periodically by a sub-committee comprising experts like a gynaecologist, a psychiatrist, a lady police-officer etc.
